Having had the opportunity for a few roof repairs at my residence, I was already familiar with the excellent service and attention to detail provided by Cloud Roofing and Construction. Ron with Cloud Roofing was a pleasure to work with. He in turn worked with our insurance company and got many issues resolved that we as an individual policyholders could not have accomplished on our own

We had large hail in May of 2021. Our neighbor recommended Cloud Roofing and the first thing they did when they came out to assess the damage was to make all necessary temporary repairs to keep any further damage from occurring. They worked closely with our insurance company and caught an error on the type of roof that was damaged resulting in a substantial increased payment on our claim. The Cloud team did a fantastic job on our roof and other hail-related damage repair. Ron showed great leadership and coordination of his entire team. I feel Ike I made the best decision with Cloud and the quality job we received with the entire repair process.
