First time to try this place as I was overwhelmed by my previous expensive radiology experience. Walked in with my referral for DEXA, expecting to book an appointment sometime in the next 2-3 weeks. However, I was able to get scanned straight away on the same day. Moreover, it was all bulk billed. The service was very nice and the staff were really polite. I have had multiple scans at Cloud radiology and the service has been exceptional every time. My last scan was a long MRI which was done by Michelle and Zonia. They were thorough and very caring. Would highly recommend Cloud radiology / these clinicians in particular for anyone needing a scan. Reception staff are also very helpful and friendly.
Friendly efficient modern practice. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment is state of the art. The only place to go for accurate medical imaging in Strathpine.
