Waitlisted for months for an apartment. Noise issues with other tenants was ignored for weeks, talked over when finally discussing the issue. CPM says they can’t do anything, they wouldn’t even pay attention in the first place. Horrible service, especially for the price point. Cannot recommend you even consider this company.
Scammed out of application fees at one location, unresponsive to service requests at a different building. Horrible property management, not worth your money and definitely not worth your time.
