Mike did a wonderful job maintaining our hot tub over the years. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
We wound up in a situation where our hot tub had clear water but a musty smell that we just couldn’t shake. Mike spent a few hours deep cleaning every element of the thing (literally even the outside, cover, all components, jets, behind headrests, etc). I mean seriously, he left no stone unturned. And the final product is a noticeably cleaner and more enjoyable hot tub. I definitely picture us using Cloud Nine again and I’d recommend them for sure. Great experience.

We have had such a great experience. We bought our first hot tub, and had no idea what to do. We didn't have anything right, and didn't really know where to go. Mike came out, ended up having to start our water completely over, and got everything right where it needed to be! We are super excited that our hot tub will be maintained ever week, by a pro!
Mike is very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. He located a leaking valve in my hot tub and repaired it on the spot. Very reasonably priced as well. 100% reccomend Cloud Nine!
