They do a good job on basic maintenance, however not good on diagnostic and repair. They have done the monthly maintenance for about a year but when I noticed my jacuzzi continued to have low water their solution was for me to just add water. When the problem continued they literally came for 10 minutes and said they didn't see any water around the perimeter. They didn't open it up to inspect it. I dropped the service afterwards. Do not use them!!!!

I had a great experience with Mike. Mike came to the rescue to fix my hot tub last minute at a reasonable price after I was scammed by another company. He came off as organized, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using him for all of my hot tube repairs in the future.
