Shey was an awesome massage therapist. So relaxing!
I have had two massages at this facility so far. Both have been great. Unlike some of the chains that will try to sell you on a membership and lots of unnecessary upsells they just have a very straight forward list of services with all the options available online. As far as I can tell it's locally owned and operated, which is a plus to me.
I’ve been to Cloud 9 several times over the years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always professional, kind, and excellent at what they do. My most recent visit was with Shay, and she was outstanding—attentive, thorough, and genuinely focused on addressing the areas I mentioned. She even offered to extend the session to work out a few extra tense spots. I highly recommend Cloud 9—and definitely ask for Shay!
Highly recommend this place! From the moment you walk in, you just feel so at peace. It is such a nice place, and the massage is even better! Taylor gave me an amazing massage and cupping that was both relaxing, and thorough.
