I had the best massage of my life here, today. This was my first massage session that wasn't from a commercial chain and what a huge difference!!! Welcome was warm and checkin was quick. I hate to leave a bad review but would not want someone to pay for a facial here like I did . Definitely not what I was expecting it felt like the first facial she had ever done and I’m pretty upset I paid for that. There was no flow, I didn’t know any of the products she used and every time the hot towel was on my face I couldn't breath as there was no hole she made over my mouth or nose with the towel. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Wednesday is a skilled therapist. She applied the pressure I requested and found all the knots. Go with the 90 minutes! The spa is exceptionally clean, peaceful and quiet. This place is a gem!!!
Absolutely the worst experience at the O’Fallon location. What a waste of money. From the welcome reception being told I was early, 20 minutes whenever I was asked to come in 15 minutes early for paperwork, I felt very unwelcome and apologized asked if I should leave and come back in 5 minutes. I should have just left and only been charged half the amount because out of 90 minutes I am not sure what the therapist was doing, but it was not a massage.
