24th birthday present for my daughter and can't wait to go back. I can't say enough about the experience. We were welcomed as we walked off the elevator and then taken to the spa rooms. Changed into very comfy wraps then slipped under a luxurious blanket. Then the pampering began. I don't know about you but I think the best part of getting your hair cut is the wash so having a service that offers this without the cut... Heavenly! Plus it's good for your head and your mental being! ENJOY!
Wonderful service. The place its self is a very busy office building with little sound proofing taking away from the experience. The lady was very lovely and great at her job.

Jenny and Trina are lovely and the services were amazing. We called Cloud 9 very last moment as we only had this afternoon and evening free before leaving Calgary in the morning. We had called multiple other salons at this point and everyone was full. Not surprised as it's the Friday of a long weekend. But the owner texted us back later in the afternoon and offered us a spot for 8:00 p.m. we gladly took it and are so very grateful. We had the full hair and massage treatment and we will be back. Thank you again!
