I am not a person that gives reviews but If I could give them more stars then I would so they get a 5+. I have had bad experiences with the few "locticians" that i have let touch my hair so when I walked in yesterday, I was not very hopeful/trusting. It turned out to be the best decision for me. I paid, paid but I'm still thinking that it was worth it. You pay for what you get and I received excellence with the service I asked for , the atmosphere and customer service. I had an amazing experience at cloud nine! The staff was professional, welcoming, and truly skilled. They took their time to make sure my dreadlocks were neat, clean, and exactly how I wanted them.
