Do you like your kombucha with a side of racism? Personally I do not. I’m sad to leave a bad review for a space I’ve supported across locations for years and as 6 -12 pack a week “regular”. This week I brought in some out of state friends and while I was in the restroom, my guests (BIPOC) were ignored / slighted / dismissed by staff. I would give 0 stars if I could. EDIT: After looking at other reviews it seems this is not a safe or welcoming space for BIPOC. If you consider yourself an ally you may want to address this issue in your community. Original Review: Went in on Friday July 17th at about 2pm and the older lady working the front was rude and unhelpful. Her demeanor was condescending and she behaved as if we were an inconvenience. Cloud Mountain is amazing. They are an award winning Kombucha shop with the best owners and staff around! They usually have ~13 different flavors: I personally recommend Lavender Honey or Hops. You can get flights and samples before you try anything. Indoor and patio area is great! Go check it out!
