Dr Charles Tawa is the best! He’s blessed our family with decades of solid care. I never want him to leave since he takes the time to ask questions, touch, and look us over at every appointment. He cares very deeply for his patients and his skills and knowledge are second to none.
Dr Tusek and Dr Tawa are great. Recently their admin have gone to a frustrating portal system where, unless you check it frequently, you can easily miss timely messages from them that they’ve left for you. Up till now I’d have given a 5 star. But the system for refilling prescriptions by portal is cumbersome and results in one running out of meds you’re supposed to take daily. Has happened to me several times. You cannot email anyone there anymore either. Otherwise it’s a good practice.
Life changing. Never going back to traditional healthcare.
We have been members at Cloud Medical for over a handful of years. We love all the nurses and doctors there and have always felt supported and cared for, and in addition, now have a 'family practice' relationship with everyone who works there. It has been so convenient raising our children and having access to emergency on call doctors, and, texting symptoms and phone call appointments. Not ready for what they aspire to do. We signed up two years ago. I was hoping for truly proactive care compared to our previous family practice at Boulder Community. Sadly, I received more bills than communication. We had to follow up for lab results. Never received outreach for annual physicals. Met with a very helpful physician's assistant, but only because one of the two MDs were booking into the following month. That NP left the practice.
