Wow this place is amazing!! I can’t say enough about the knowledge I learnt today! I am in fact hard of hearing and am trying out demos!! Everyone one there is perfect from hi and hearing goodbye. When I think about it, kinda makes me cry
I cannot even begin to describe how amazing this company is! Both my mom, and now me have seen them for our hearing impairments. They continuously go above and beyond, and show that their priority is ALWAYS and ONLY the people in need. I will recommend them to everyone I know, and truly mean every word of it. I can't thank them enough for the outstanding service and kindness from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.

Dec 12 2024. My wife and I had the absolute privilege of meeting with Jason Kemp and his Team at Cloud Hearing today. Everyone there, from our initial reception through to the other steps of the consult, was kind, courteous and professional. What a beautiful facility. Customer service and product knowledge is paramount at Cloud Hearing. Jason and Bill are so helpful and great at explaining the hearing aids and the hearing test process and Barb is great at the front desk. I received my hearing aids 4 weeks ago and I have contacted Cloud with questions and support and they are meeting all my expectations and making this experience of getting hearing aids a pleasure.
