I participated in the 2026 Nourish & Let Go program and it was the perfect reset for a fresh year. So much useful content and a great supportive community. There were a few key tweaks that I made during the 21 days that were simple but that subtly shifted the whole direction of my health and mood. I would definitely recommend!
