Spent 10k on nominal fence work and some other wood related work six years ago. Some has held up. So much has not. He professed: we only use cedar, fencing. It'll last a lifetime. Not only were the gates built improperly and warping, sagging since year one!!! A true pain. Down to shoddy hardware. I reached out to him early on. No good response. Except bad words. Waste of time and waste of money. He'll talk of experience and let his kids do the work that have none clearly. Like many other reviews of Cloud fencing my posts are wobbly,..every one of them. Nothing is straight! Had to repost myself. Not worth your time, not worth your money. Go anywhere else, pay double if you have to. I do not recommend.
I had an appointment for someone to come to my home and give an estimate on installing a privacy fence. The appointment was for 1 o’clock and at 1:40 I called to see why no one had shown up yet. My response from the company was, I have a kid at a doctors appointment won’t be able to make it. Very unprofessional, a simple call to reschedule would have been sufficient.
They have great service and beautiful kinds of fences call ask for a price . Good people
Quality of work is quite sub par. I had them put in a fence for my Mom about 15 years ago and it’s been recommenced that it be torn down (it’s not fixable). Sounds like that’s a long time, but the fence in my backyard is over 25 years old and looks better than my Mom’s. They use really cheap wood. It’s super brittle now and you can break a piece off with your hand. The whole back gate was blown down by the wind last year. A couple of times whole sections were blown down by the wind.
