Really good flavors and atmosphere. I found a flavor I loved. :)
Staff has been really helpful for all my vaping needs. They really helped walk me though the proper use of mechanical mods and RDAs. I watched lots of YouTube videos but the ability to ask a real person was priceless.
Bought my first mod. Asked a million questions , every one was answered and I never felt hurried or pressured. Great customer service.
Cloud factory are awesome I bought a vape pen And I broke my glass they we're extremely helpful And they gave me a loaner while they we're going to fix my pen turns out cloud factory gave me a good deal on loaner box mod if I wanted to buy it cause I am impatient just for dealing with me I'm now a lifelong customer.
Been going there since they opened.....great service ...friendly people....reasonable prices...i will be a life long patron

Hey KaLi sorry you are having issues with your battery! We do have to check the product out before being able to return it. Unfortunately we aren't able to tell if a battery has a charging issue by looking at it. As soon as we confirm the issue and that the product can be replaced we would replace your battery. If you would please stop by the shop this weekend so we can take care of this for you! We want to make sure you have a vape that works! Please give us a chance to fix the issue. Merry Christmas!
