Definitely 0 stars, the person name Anna she is extremely rude and angela don’t know what she is doing!!! You gonna feel like that these people have no experience at all! They could not request the seller pay off amount until the last minutes when we gonna close!!! So it’s delayed we can not close on time. Also the buyer side have already funded, this escrow company refunded the lender money back !!! This almost cause a huge lawsuit because this escrow company keep making mistakes, and also seller have some Lien on property ... read more
