I wish there was a 0 star option I went in to buy a part got it left looked at my reciept I was charged $20 for an assessment that was not performed
Don’t buy bikes from here I bought it f1000 for delivery for $2500. They said it’s will run 120km but it won’t run more than 35km. Waste of money.
I recently got my electric bike from Cloud Bikes and had such a great experience! Jase was absolutely amazing—so caring, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to support me. You can really tell he cares about his customers. I truly appreciate everything and would 100% recommend Cloud Bikes to anyone looking to get an e-bike!
