** Did not listen to what the problem was and failed to fix the problem ** My partner brought her ebike in with some electrical problems. She described the issue as "the bike turns off and the motor stops when going over bumps, and rear wheel is loose." These geniuses charged her $170 to update the bike firmware and sent her on her way - completely failing to address both issues. If your shit turns on and off when you go over bumps, pretty good bet its NOT a firmware problem. Find another place where they actually pay attent... read more
