Alex, Jennifer and Jorge were fantastic to deal with! We had a garage fire in which the smoke infiltrated the entire house. They showed up on day 1 and got right to work! It only took them 6-7 business days to clean the entire house top to bottom including walls, ceilings, shampooing carpets, removing contents from walls and giving them each their own individual cleaning. Highly recommend these guys!
I had a house fire on Sunday evening 6/8/25. Cloud Content came out to my home on Wednesday and throughly explained the process, offered for my family to come to the facility and see where my things were going to be. They gave us a mask to use and see if we had anything we need immediately. Alex Swenson was calm and patient with me. He had kind words for us when I cried over my stuff being a total loss. Cloud contents came out on a holiday weekend when 911 restoration of mpls and a home owner were in need. A toilet supply line burst and flooded the house. They had a whole crew come out and inventory añd organize the home owners belongings in a timely manner. Couldn't be more happy with Cloud Contents. Highly recommend them when a pack out is needed for fire flood or mold remidiatíion.
We recently received our home belongings back from Cloud Contents...the crew was amazing! They had everything organized and did a GREAT job! Thanks to Ivan, Franklin, Josue, and Reyna! Vince and Jorge were awesome getting our stuff packed to send to Cloud Contents in the beginning. Alex was great too! We were very happy!
