I had an issue, where there was some spots on my work pants, I believed may have been a solution that the cleaners used. I spoke with a very polite, young lady named Alena, who graciously offered to attempt to get the stains out. I came back a few days later and the pants were ready, but the spots were still on them. Very helpful. I have never used this cleaner before. I just called about 20 mins before their closing time to ask if there was any chance of bringing in a JROTC uniform tomorrow, Tuesday, morning and getting it back by this Thursday. Not only did the woman I spoke with let me know it would be no problem, but there is a chance I could get it earlier, and she assured me they are very familiar with these types of uniforms.
