I am so happy that this doctor‘s office is taking my husband‘s insurance again. They stopped taking my husband‘s insurance and ever since he had to find a new doctor. My husband has not been the same. He has been hospitalized. He has been feeling so sick because the new doctor is horrible And he’s been going to Cloud Care Medicine for years. Had my first appointment here yesterday after I found out my primary care physician came to this practice. I had an issue and management went out of their way to help me, I will always be grateful for that. Staff was polite and kind, plus Dr. Martinez is there, excellent pcp that I would recommend to anyone.
Called 7x, no one answers their phone and its 3:50pm
The doctor may be geriatric but he was never there to see me, an 80 year old. Nurse just shrugged her shoulders at my symptoms. Punky girl at front desk always rude.
