I only have good things to say about Cloud Care Medicine. My husband was going to cloud care medicine and he was seeing Cheryl for years and then they stopped taking his insurance so he had to find a new doctor. He was so sick he was hospitalized. He was not happy all of a sudden I find out that they are taking his insurance again. We ran back to them because he loves Cheryl so much Now he seen Cheryl he hasn’t gotten sick. I’ve been going to cloud care medicine medicine for years. My doctor is Cheryl. I have never had a doctor that is so caring and compassionate since she’s been my doctor. I have not gotten sick. She is so caring the girls in the office are so nice they make you feel so comfortable when you walk in they greet you. They’re very sweet girls. I am so happy that this doctor‘s office is taking my husband‘s insurance again. They stopped taking my husband‘s insurance and ever since he had to find a new doctor. Had my first appointment here yesterday after I found out my primary care physician came to this practice. I had an issue and management went out of their way to help me, I will always be grateful for that. Staff was polite and kind, plus Dr. Martinez is there, excellent pcp that I would recommend to anyone.
