Love the people, and the juices are super tasty. Tyrell was super helpful and was very truthful and full of he vape life and made me comfortable with what I was purchasing without feeling forced into it. The other staff was very fun and helpful and looked like people who enjoy what they do and love what they do, great experience in every visit. Thank you cloud 9 employees!

Just moved down here about two months ago and have been buying juice and other products from them but never again. Walk in a couple days ago to get some juice and had my one year old daughter with me and was told to leave and that I couldnt have her in there without her being in a carseat or some other type of restraints thats just crap and very upset! Customer lost for sure!

My teenager has repeatedly purchased vape juice and even has a stamp card that is almost full!! Ridiculous a business can not be more responsible to respect the laws that are in place to protect our kids! Card your customers!! The excuse “they will get it from somewhere’l isn’t good enough, take responsibility!

However there are situations where fake IDs & adults purchasing products for minors make it very difficult to enforce. In order to resolve this, we ask that you send us a private message with information to help identify your child so we may conduct an internal investigation. We really appreciate your help with this.
