My initial contact with Jim Levy was very cordial and informative- he called when he said he was going to call and met us at his place of business when he said he was going to. He took the time to show us his fleet and answer our questions but this is where his professionalism ended. There were numerous promises to get us a contract so we can sign it and give him a deposit. I had reached out to Cloud 9 through their contact page for pricing for my wedding. Jim did call me the next day (a Sunday) & left me a voicemail giving me the office & his cell phone to call back. It was a holiday weekend so I called the office on Tuesday & there was no answer, I left a message & got no callback. I gave it maybe 2 days waiting for a callback & then tried his cell phone & Jim picked up telling me he was in NJ could he call me back. He never did. We used Cloud 9 Transportation for our wedding in August 2019. Not only was Jim a pleasure to work with; very responsive, reasonable and personable, but our driver was a real hero! He was prompt on arrival & drop offs. He helped each passenger into and out of the limo bus. He even helped my dad fix my train before I walked down the isle! I would highly recommend Cloud 9 Transportation for any event! We couldn’t be happier!
