Worst experience ever. Rude and unprofessional
My family used Cloud 9 for a trip to NYC yesterday. Our Driver Joe was absolutely amazing. I couldn't be happier with him and the experience he provided for us. I highly recommend using him for any event you may need a driver for.
Unprofessional and rude.
My initial contact with Jim Levy was very cordial and informative- he called when he said he was going to call and met us at his place of business when he said he was going to. He took the time to show us his fleet and answer our questions but this is where his professionalism ended. There were numerous promises to get us a contract so we can sign it and give him a deposit. I had reached out to Cloud 9 through their contact page for pricing for my wedding. Jim did call me the next day (a Sunday) & left me a voicemail giving me the office & his cell phone to call back. It was a holiday weekend so I called the office on Tuesday & there was no answer, I left a message & got no callback. I gave it maybe 2 days waiting for a callback & then tried his cell phone & Jim picked up telling me he was in NJ could he call me back. He never did.
