I booked a “Cloud 9 Deluxe Detail” because my dog threw up in my car. This package Includes a “complete interior detail” per their website. First, they had my car for over 9 hours. I have a Honda civic. Shouldn’t have taken that long. I had to call them towards the end to ask when will my car be ready??? No answer for about 30-40 mins. Finally they answer saying they were just done. When I got there to pay they were trying to charge me MORE than the $175 which to me is already pricey.
