avoid avoid avoid. bought a groupon, been trying to go for months and they kept changing my appointment. Tried to upsell me on a massage membership, canceled an appointment saying no heat, late for my appointment due to being at lunch and stuck in traffic. Need I go on????? DO NOT GO THERE
RecommendedI only didnt like the fee charge as I spa alot and never have to pay a fee charge of 25dollats then figure your tipping so make sure you have enough on you lol but Jessica vibes and hands were amazing it's very clean and pleasant they offered wine water or tea which was amazing also have cbd oil to rubb with totally if there wasn't a fee would come here 2x a month for sure !!
Impossible to make an appointment. Canceled via text 4 times now. Disorganized
I have been trying to book a massage with this place for months. I purchased a massage via Groupon. They have not responded to me and canceled the initial appointment. Nothing but frustration. Don’t waste your time or money!
I've been going to Cloud Nine for 10 years now and always come out feeling very happy and refreshed! I just had a 40 minute back massage performed by the owner Irene and it was a great experience! I always feel at home at Cloud Nine and never want to leave because it is so great being there! Irene and every one always make me feel at home and are so nice! The atmosphere is very cozy! I will always go to Cloud Nine! Cloud Nine is the very BEST place to go for a massage! I rate Cloud Nine 5 STARS!!!!!
Do not go to this place if you wanna know more please ask and I would be happy to tell you what you need Beware!!!!!!!! Also I want to apologize to the clients I worked on you were all lovely and it was nice meeting you all but Irena the owner all she is out to do is scam and take your money if you need any more info please ask!!
I feel compelled to shared a "Perfect Date Plan" that I created last week and most likely will become part of a regular ritual for me & my girlfriend. It was my girlfriends Bday & we decided that more than just going out for dinner, she could use a little extra break away from stress at work which has been driving her absolutely crazy. AWESOME serviceCannot say enough about the service that is provided at this spa. It is evident that the staff truely cares about the needs of their clients. The owner Irena goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Outside of the staff being wonderful, the actual services are awesome.
