The Cloud 9 Team came in today and cleaned, prepped and then lined a 12" sewer main that runs under a major highway in Orlando. From the moment of our first meetings with Cloud 9 the process has been explained well and the work was performed exactly as laid out. Manny Rivera and his team were on site early and performed like a well oiled machine. I worked with Cloud 9 on a large watermain project. They were very professional and efficient in utility locates. Specifically, Cruz and Marcelino worked tirelessly to ensure we found every utility that we were looking for. I would definitely use Cloud 9 again.
Paid for CCTV service. No follow up. Representative would not return phone calls or emails. Main office of no help. Extremely disappointing. Worst service ever!
