When you are at Cloud 9 you literally feel like you are on cloud nine Valerie is terrific she has magical hands and a very pleasant personality she listens to you when she took you talk and make sure she gets all the points can't wait to see you again
I've never had such great service! I had some awful acrylics done before, and she took the time out to all those awful layers, and now my nails look and feel so much better! I'll be back!

I've been a customer of Valerie's for years and seeing the new location just further proves why she is one of the best at what she does! The salon is beautiful and also has a 2nd floor with private rooms for massages, facials, and other services. A comfortable, friendly atmosphere and I love coming here every time I'm in town visiting.
Valerie was the sweetest individual, she absolutely listened to me in what I wanted. She was kind and just a beautiful person inside and out. I was an absolute nervous wreck before I walked into her shop, and she just hugged me and told me everything would be alright. Which it was, I walked out of there feeling like a grown child who just just got the biggest ice cream cone from the ice cream truck lol. I will definitely be going back and spreading her name out there as someone I highly recommend God Bless
