Friendly service but small selection In preparing for my daughter's birthday party, I went to Cloud 9 Parties for all of the supplies. Upon entering the store I saw that it was in great condition and very clean. The staff were all helping the customers with smiles. One particular staff spent a length of time assisting me with planning my party. The prices were not too high, but were more expensive than going to a department store.
