Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Bella is my nail tech and she is so talented. All I need is a picture and she recreates it onto my nails with perfection. Tracey is very creative, too! She’s lots of fun. Bill took great care of my natural nails annd made sure they weren’t damaged! Overall 10 out of 10!
The staff member that worked with my husband (Keith) today for a pedicure with paraffin was excellent. Friendly, very thorough. She offered him suggestions to help with his heels being dry. Very professional. I owe her an extra tip next visit! She deserved more than 20% I forgot her name, but thank you! My pedicure was A+ too The salon is always clean, inviting, calming. The staff is friendly. Easy to make an appointment
I love this place. Though I have my favorite technician (Nancy), I know I can go to anyone if she’s not available and I will never be disappointed. Cost of services seems fair and on par with the industry in the area.
Cloud 9 has so many experienced and qualified artists! (which is hard to find) Hendra is talented and always fits me into the schedule even last minute. The place feels really clean and provides a relaxing environment. I highly recommend :)
