No need to be home; appropriate, secure arrangements can be made to allow access to your dog. Your dog will not be caged waiting their turn and they will be in and out in an hour or so. I love dogs and they love me. I take the time to get to know your dog and perform the groom with patience and compassion, especially for older, previously abused, or disabled dogs.

They didn't get lost of the undercoat out at the start but they came back and made it right and that's all that matters to me. We will use them again! Haley was great!
If only they exerted the same effort toward maintaining pre-scheduled grooming appointments as they do to retorting against customer reviews, they might be better off. Avoid this business if you want your pet groomed in this decade. They only apologize if you call them out in public. Don’t expect them to do the same in private.
