They didn't get lost of the undercoat out at the start but they came back and made it right and that's all that matters to me. We will use them again! Haley was great!
If only they exerted the same effort toward maintaining pre-scheduled grooming appointments as they do to retorting against customer reviews, they might be better off. Avoid this business if you want your pet groomed in this decade. They only apologize if you call them out in public. Don’t expect them to do the same in private.
