Myself and a group of mom's hired Cloud 9 for our 14 year old children's first high school Winter Ball. We were going to surprise the kids after dinner at the restaurant they were picked up at. They were to be picked up at 6pm. The driver was supposed to call me so I knew they were there and by 6:15, I still had no call so I went outside to check and see if they were there. Took a party bus with a group of guys and had a great experience starting from the beginning with the outstanding customer service from Melinda in the office. Driver was early and bus was clean and in excellent condition. Thanks Cloud 9
