I have used Cloud 9 at least 9 times so far and have always had a fantastic experience. Nick. Nabil and all the drivers are so professional. Always early with an immaculate vehicle and water at the ready. Nick goes beyond on customer service, He was so helpful to me when I took my partner to a hospital in Toronto. He made a stressful time less stressful and helped with the wheelchair as well. Forever grateful for that, Nick. Thanks so much and see you soon!
