Rooms were clean, parking was easy, staff was incredibly kind and helpful
I'll start by saying I don't usually write reviews but this one deserves it. We were in a hotel/apartment building and the atmosphere was not comfortable. We arrived at midnight on a work trip. Upon entry to the room we had an immediate problem with no lighting, once we discovered the light was a malfunctioning sensor light we took the bulb out. Why there is a sensor light inside is odd. We had a great experience after day #5 of traveling. Staff friendly ( especially morning breakfast staff greeting us with a warm greeting and warm smile!)It was also nice to not feel like my pet( small cat) was a imposition. We will stay again !
This is in the conversation for the greatest motel I've ever stayed at. If this is available and you need to stop in Whitecourt... this is the place to get, stop looking. I was only here for 1 night, but if you get a remodeled room with a kitchen, you could be here a week, no problem.
