Do not come here!!!! Rushing clients out of the room after they receive their massage defeats the purpose of coming to a spa for a relaxing experience. I have never had anyone, let alone 2 people, come and rush me out of a room seconds after I just finished receiving a massage and was trying to get up and get dressed. The therapist that first came in said “you have to hurry and go because the next customer needs the room.” As I was finishing changing and opening the door, the front desk girl then came again to rush me out. Yesterday my wife had a 90 minute massage with Michale at the Pearland Store, he did an excellent job. After he was finished she felt much better
I just booked a 40-minute foot + 40 minute-Sweedish massage for my mom this morning and she loved it. She’s been having some lower back pain and the lady who did my mom’s massage did a very nice job focusing on that area. The extra hot stone service was a plus. Their price is reasonable compared to other places.
Cloud 9 in Pearland is amazing! Always a relaxing visit. Thank you for the great service and friendly staff each and every time. I encourage others to visit Cloud 9.
