My husband goes to this float spa for the last couple of years. He buys the visits in a bundle. He went there today and they are now permanently closed. He could see through the window and the place is completely empty. He still has some visits left and there is no way of getting his money back for the unused visits. Messages have been left to call him back for a refund on the visits he has remaining. Very poor business ethics. Even if you close you always refunds customers for the unused visits. I have a membership with Cloud 9 Float Spa and they deduct monthly payment from my credit card. I have been trying to get a hold of the staff at Cloud 9 Float Spa for the past 3 months to book and use my floats but to no avail. I stopped by there Yesterday and saw that they have gone out of business and they no longer open to the public at all.
