I could not be more disappointed. I hired Olivia to be our wedding planner after reading all of her amazing reviews. She met with me and took my deposit, connected me to the online planner (with 100,000 things on the to do list), and then did not respond to any of my communications for more than 6 weeks. Olivia and her team at Cloud 9 Events were nothing short of amazing. Could not have found a team who cared more for our wedding and our love than C9. Olivia, Annalies, Alicia, and everyone involved were so communicative, so helpful, and when things went wrong on the day of, they dropped everything to find a solution so that I didn't have to stress at all. Out of every decision we made on our wedding day, booking with them was the best by far.
Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more, thanks to Olivia and the Cloud 9 team! We planned a full weekend of activities, and without giving all the details, it certainly wasn't a simple endeavor to pull it all off.
