We worked with Olivia from Cloud 9 Events for my daughters wedding on San Juan Island. Olivia and her team engineered THE PERFECT DAY!. Olivia is extremely organized and her prep work over the preceding months really paid off. She has checklists and pre- wedding tips and she is very encouraging and helpful throughout the planning process. I could not be more disappointed. I hired Olivia to be our wedding planner after reading all of her amazing reviews. She met with me and took my deposit, connected me to the online planner (with 100,000 things on the to do list), and then did not respond to any of my communications for more than 6 weeks. She continued to gaslight me into having hope, after the parks director verbally told her that my application for a parks location was going to be denied.
