Very frustrating store. You never know when this company will actually be open. I have been to the store over a handful of times and the store is closed during what is suppose to be their hours of operation. I am so tired of driving 30 plus minutes to see a sign on the door that says sorry we are closed. Here a few suggestions for the company. You should list on your website if the store plans on being closed or change your voicemail to say that you are actually closed for a certain day instead of saying that we are helping ... read more

Very sorry we missed you and the other 19 people you counted, Jeremiah D. The owner's father was in a major car accident shortly before you posted this and remained in the Vanderbilt Trauma Center for over a month so unfortunately for you, all attention was put towards 'family first' and we hope that you will understand. We never want to miss a customer but unfortunately life throws us curve balls from time to time. Sorry to hear about your negative experience during a traumatic time for the Cloud 9 family.

Great Place – Ive been a loyal customer for the last 3-4 years.They have always been great to me! now sometimes they are out to lunch, but we all need a lunch break every now and then. They always have good recommendations and also help with form and grips TY TY! Sorry about your luck Shorty , But it looks like you went on a Monday when they were closed on mondays for a year or so. Worst customer service. – Well I will keep it short and (un)sweet. Got there at 11:00 am, and waited until 12:30 pm. They never opened. Normally I would chalk this up to some kind of emergency, but when I talked to a couple that was also there, they said that this is week number three of them trying to come to the store but every time they get there they are closed.
