I want to share my experience at Cloud 9 Medi Day Spa. If you are looking for an amazing esthetician, this is the place to go. Irena was very professional, and knowledgeable and I left there feeling so very relaxed, not to mention my skin felt amazing! She offered advice on my skin type which was very helpful, took her time and was extremely pleasant. Nice atmosphere as well, which just adds to the experience.
Cloud 9 Medi Day Spa is excellent and knows exactly what I need. The staff and owner make sure you get the best experience possible! If I could rate this spa with more than 5 stars I would. My best advice for you would be to get up and RUN to this facility!!!! Thank you Cloud 9 for making me feel like the best version of myself :)
I visited this Medical Spa the other day and I was pleasantly surprised they had a availability the same day. I went in looking for a facial and was able to book for later that afternoon. The location had parking. Irena helped me at the front desk AND she also was the one who provided the services. I appreciated that she was soo knowledgeable and listened to what my concerns were. Fabulous Medi spa, very professional when calling. I discovered this spa via Groupon where I purchased a combination 60 minute Swedish massage and 45 minute Swiss-On-the-Go facial. The staff was welcoming and both services were very good.
This Spa was great, the owner is wonderful, the business is so clean , (I don’t know why someone would put a bad review in) and they have been there for a very long time . NOT LIKE THE OTHER ONES IN THE AREA. And even the franchises do not compete with this one, Their in business for 20 years; And they do an excellent job , I was so relaxed after my massage By Gary , and microdermabrasion facial
I have found the perfect Day Spa for me and my two sisters, we all love it here and are monthly regular VIP customers! It is Very clean especially with the Covid rules, I am very comfortable coming in even with the Pandemic. They have very professional massage Therapists and estheticians! Also the receptionist is very friendly and helpful to book an appointment! So as far as the previous reviews, I think that’s a big scam! real customers wouldn’t go out of their way to put things like that online! Lol
