Cloud Nine is one of the best hair salons I’ve had the pleasure of going to ! Olivia, the owner, is Excellent at color, particularly blondes. She is very knowledgable about her products and techniques. She is also a delight to be around! She is personable , friendly, has a great sense of humor , and makes sitting in that chair for an hour or two entertaining and fun. I look forward to seeing her every time. She keeps me blonde! Very nice girls, listened to what I wanted and very clean.
Karleigh did my hair today and I'm obsessed with it. The entire experience was amazing. She's very friendly and you can tell she loves what she does. I can't thank her enough. Definitely the best salon to go to!
