overpriced and terrible service
I enjoyed perusing the clothing and found a few cute things while I waited for my clothes to be checked. I was disappointed that none of my items were taken as I felt they were cute and good quality/ silk/ unique. I enjoyed meeting Emma and her coworker, very sweet ladies. A great idea for a business but a lot of the clothes were for very young and more trendy people. So overpriced, totally not worth it!! Brought in clothes that were IN STYLE and basically brand new, they didn’t want them. Brought in a BRAND NEW NEVER USED STILL HAD THE TAG ON IT Victoria Secret Fanny Pack. They offered me $1.60 cash or $2 something in store credit. THE TAG SAID IT WAS $25! Definitely not going through them again! Clothing Exchange is so much better!! The lady is really there is really awesome!
This place is awful. They have cute stuff and sometimes good prices but when it comes to trading in clothes, they suck. I brought in a whole tub of clothes to trade for cash and they didn't accept any of it. Said they don't take dress pants or colored pants and said some of the shirts were a little faded. Yet some of the shirts in the tub I had just gotten from their store a couple weeks before. And not to mention they have clothes in their store with zippers that don't work and stains and holes, etc. Absolutely ridiculous.
