I sold you guys a BRAND NEW pair of rock revival jeans that have NEVER been worn that I paid almost $200 dollars for and all you guys paid me was $20 dollars. I went in your store yesterday just go find that you guys were selling them for $100. Your store sucks and so does your commercial about suicide.

I have never been shopping here, and to be honest I'm not sure I ever will. I cannot imagine shopping at a store where a customer service representative finds it acceptable to tell a 16 yr old girl "I don't know what you were thinking bringing these here." Then laughing at her with her coworker when she leaves crying. I myself work in a customer service setting and cannot imagine saying something like that to a customer, especially not a child. They don't sell or accept plus size even if it's junior plus. They said they signed an agreement not to compete with other plus size retailers in the area. With only 2 plus size retailers in the area I had a really hard time believing that. Thanks anyway.
should be 0 the said they buy all sizes, they lie...I have two friends that brought stuff in about a month old said they were out of style yea they were 9+ styles, when did stuff from American eagle, and stuff from macy become " out of style" I will never step a foot back in there door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I went in for the very first time and was pleased with everything. The prices were reasonable, I didn't find anything but that's OK because I will be back soon
What I really like is the cloths are cheap and in great condition
