I visited the Avondale store before and was disappointed by the customer service. I was there during the sale this past Saturday and despite the busy crowd and long lines, I was asked if I needed help, got a dressing room as soon as one opened, found great deals and just got friendly service from the staff! Glad I gave the store a second chance, I will be back! Thank you! 😁
This is the third Clothes Mentor I have visited. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was very friendly and my friend and I were greeted nicely. At checkout, we were complimented on our purchases. I was dissapointed to find out the wait time for buying was several hours long. Not a big deal since they were having a big sale today. Went for the first time today was very hesitant on going since I read a lot of reviews of people saying that the workers were really rude. I experienced the total opposite very friendly cashier didn't get her name but she was the one right by the entrance :) I got some Awesome deals for my daughter not to many for myself but that is my fault went late to the sale. Very clean and organized store will be going back again :)
