Today was my first time at this store the staff were very nice.
I feel like this place is such a hidden gem! Amazing finds, super sweet staff, and a great place to unload the items that are clogging up your closet! What I’ve learned from Chrystal, the manager, is that what they can buy is totally dictated by what’s selling. That helped me not take my clothes rejections personally �
Well if I can write Chrystal you guys have a 10 star with me and my family!! You are awesome and I love your vocabulary!!!!!
I found the staff to be very helpful, and the selection is awesome. In particular, the staff kept the process of trying on as easy as is possible. We have all been there when you have multiple pending selections and a dressing room, and you want to just get in, try the piece on, and move on to the next piece. I especially enjoy the video of the “daily-just in” selections.
Rude to customers, bad service. Won’t go back! (Clothes are brand name but doesn’t make them cute!) they need new buyers!
I gave a 2 star because of the manager. That manager is the reason i dont go in the store that much. They do have some nice items but i decided to go to the one in Arlington. I rather drive the distance and get friendly service and get treated with respect than to go the one close by and get treated with rudeness and disrespect. Sorry. My opinion.
