My wife had good customer service from the lady with lots of arm tattoos.
I shop at different clothes mentor stores all around DFW. It is generally better than Uptown or Plato’s. I have been to this store often and never really had any issues. With that being said, yesterday I went to find some clothes for my new job. The sizing was all messed up. Size small in the 1X- size medium in the 2x. It was annoying in that in made me wonder how many of my size items were just placed anywhere in the store. The ladies working were okay-ish. The store is well organized with a large selection of brands and sizes. My only complaint would be the amount of dust in the dressing rooms.
