They do not honor their keychains, the district manager is rude and unwilling to assist customers. Instead, he acts like a child and disrespects any customer that needs assistance. The owner has him do all the "dirty work" with customer complaints, and trust me...nothing gets resolved. They overprice a lot of items, then sell you keychains to save money..but when u try to redeem them they say they will not accept it!! BAD BUSINESS!
