They do low ball, but if you don't use it get rid of it and take the pennies! I did notice I did really good $$ wise the first time in there and then from there it went down. They love NIKE haha who doesn't!! They also protest that they are not related to other "Mentor Stores" yet they pulled my info up, OKAY, tell the truth!!
Beware of fake items! I purchased a Gucci ring from the Plantation, Florida store, and it was not genuine. I compared it to the one sold at Nordstrom's and it is clearly counterfeit. I contacted the store own and submitted pictures but she refused to refund my money. In addition, I contact headquarters and they strung me along did nothing. If a store sells an item that is counterfeit, they should refund customer. I have had good luck with other CM stores, but want to make everyone aware of the Plantation, Florida store... read more

I went in to sale somethings and also look around. Things where overpriced, I even saw a shirt with a clearance tag cheaper than what they were selling it for. Also, I took in name brand clothes (gap) had some stuff from Kohl’s (Croft & Ana) and they told me they didn’t take it. But yet I saw the exact brands in the store. I will NOT be shopping or dropping things off there.
What an amazing store! It was my first time there yesterday and I spent about 2 hours there but could have stayed hours longer looking through the racks! I purchased several trendy tops (Kors, Loft) several pieces of pretty jewelry (talbots, black house..) and a fall coat for work all under $140! I also got a punch card for future % off a purchase. It's always a pleasure to shop here! Everyone is so nice and Peter and Michelle are very kind. The inventory changes constantly so it's always a great shopping experience. I also love their adorable dog who is a wonder greeter! 😊
