They do low ball, but if you don't use it get rid of it and take the pennies! I did notice I did really good $$ wise the first time in there and then from there it went down. They love NIKE haha who doesn't!! They also protest that they are not related to other "Mentor Stores" yet they pulled my info up, OKAY, tell the truth!!
Beware of fake items! I purchased a Gucci ring from the Plantation, Florida store, and it was not genuine. I compared it to the one sold at Nordstrom's and it is clearly counterfeit. I contacted the store own and submitted pictures but she refused to refund my money. In addition, I contact headquarters and they strung me along did nothing. If a store sells an item that is counterfeit, they should refund customer. I have had good luck with other CM stores, but want to make everyone aware of the Plantation, Florida store... read more
