Incomplete info. It’s my fault I called and spoke to an actual employee who failed to tell me clothes needed to be in a container folded not hanging. The manager also said they have a FB page and website which says this. I said I called so I would get the Current information. Geez Clothes Mentor. I will spend and earn my money with a business who isn’t finding fault with me for using a telephone instead of technology
