My teenage girls shopped on 5/27/26 and were treated incredibly disrespectfully by the cashier Haley. One of my girls had no voice from a bad case of laryngitis and Haley mocked her to her face. That kind of behavior is appalling and will keep us from ever coming back.

Update: The store reached out to me. I truly appreciate that. Thanks for making things right with your customers I ordered a Coach handbag online so they shipped my order from their location to California. I was super excited for it so when it finally arrived and I unboxed it I was surprised to see that they just put the bag inside the box with zero protection not even a bit of wrapping paper or bubble wrap literally nothing they just placed the bag inside the box and closed it up. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! we took my AUTHENTIC LOUIS VUITTON wallet that was purchased for $1149.00. (*****that still retails at/around 1200***) up there.. I HAVE USED IT FOR 2 EVENINGS ( WITH absolutely 0 damage, stains, etc etc (1000000% PRESTINE .. OUT OF BOX). Very nice ladies, but if you are selling, try uptown cheapskate or simply chic. Clothing mentor didn't take anything, even my brand new item, saying they were too old and out of season.
