Employees very cold and couldn't give me the time of day They didn't want to buy any of my items which is fine but they returned them all bunched up together, when I brought them in as neatly folded. Frustrating and I'm sure they decline everything due to 'age wear and style' as their genetic response since some of my items were brand new.
This place is a joke when it comes to bringing in your clothes. I have just lost 35 pounds and just emptied my entire closet which consisted of nothing but name brand clothing, nothing older than a year at the most. Name brand include Lane Bryant, Maurices, Columbia, Eddie Bauer etc...I'm not understanding there process here when I was looking around I came across clothes from Wal-Mart and clothes that were way less "trendy" I will never waste my time or money here again. This store is pathetic!

The staff have always been incredible and friendly. I have brought in numerous items over the years to sell and always have been very pleased with the compensation for my items. You cannot expect to get the same amount of money that you paid for the clothing item which I believe many people expect based on the negative reviews. I will continue to provide clothes mentor with my business.
You can find some great deals, I recently got a great statement necklace and faux fur sweater for a grand total of less than $30!!! You can't beat that :)
