Jody comes across as lazy and doesn’t like taking care of issues. She’ll tell you she’ll resolve an issue and get back to you only to pass it off to employeess who have no clue of how to solve the problem. After being promised to put barely 5 stitches in a pair of pants, not only were they not promised when ready 15 days later but two days after the promised date, I had to personally track down my pants to a cleaners in Milwaukee and pick them up myself. Used to take everything to be cleaned here as it's really the only option in the area. I took a Banana Republic red linen sheath dress and it had a small stain on the front that I asked for them to try and get out for me. Well......if 'get out' meant change the color and put a hole in the dress and then mark it as 'this is the best we can do,' and still try and charge me for it, then I guess they succeeded. Do not take any dry cleaning that you would like returned in looking minimally as good as it did when you brought in as you will be seriously disappointed. Horrible customer service not to mention their actual cleaning! I wish there was a zero star.
