My daughter had Cloth & Flame do her wedding at a fabulous location in Jerome AZ. The event was last night. I have so many complaints that I don’t know where to start. Things went downhill about 45 days out. All communication seemed to stop. No one was responding to emails or other communication. Absolutely blown away by Cloth & Flame. I went to an event in the Superstition mountains for my friend’s wedding, and I can’t believe how incredible the whole day was. They thought of everything! Every detail was planned out so strategically, it just felt effortless. The atmosphere, the setup, the way everything flowed so smoothly, it was all next level. I was so so so interested in the venues Cloth & Flame (also known as Open Venues) had to offer. I had a video call with a very nice woman, who went through all of my questions and was so helpful. However, this was almost a month ago now and there has never been a follow up email with any of the information she was supposed to send me. I have since followed up, and still no response. We want to preface this by saying that the intent of this review is to provide honest feedback for future couples who may be enticed by the beauty of the wedding venues with which Cloth & Flame is contracted. Our wedding day itself was absolutely amazing, and we would not trade those moments for the world. The months leading up to it, however, were both frustrating and unnecessarily stressful as a result of working with this company.
