This company does not even deserve to get 1 star.They were assigned by Milton Hospital to have a nurse to come in and give antibiotics by IV for my parent. They missed 2 appointments and I had to rush her to emergency. They give wrong phone number in their clinical contact sheet and no one takes ownership. This company does not deserve to hold license to provide healthcare
This place is fantastic! Our family doctor sent us here we were able to see someone the next day. Sumatra was very friendly and compassionate. We highly recommend this place.
Nurses might be good and caring, but scheduling is just terrible. I was booked for a morning appointment to arrive and find out that my appointment was in the afternoon! When I specifically told the lady that I can’t do that time due to other appointments. With the busy care schedule for myself and my mother, the last thing we need is a hiccups with scheduling like this. Not a rocket science, to book an appointment at the right time. The nurses really do care but trying to make an appointment good luck. They say leave a message they never call back, you wait on the line for a long period of time and if they answer you are lucky or the lines gets cut off. Patience is the key word if you want to deal with this company. Really when you need to go everyday and you have to call everyday for the next day appointment this becomes very exhausting. I concur with most opinions here. The care provided in the Pape Danforth clinic is excellent. The phone booking service is abysmal - excessively long wait times often resulting in a dropped call necessitating another attempt. The worst, extremely time-consuming and irritating, woefully inept.
