A wonderful experience from beginning to end. The representative that gave the initial evaluation, was thorough and knowledgeable. Gave a clear explanation what to expect. We then had a scheduling problem, that was handled in a smooth, efficient manner. Finally, the installers arrived when expected, and did a quick, neat job.
It was a pleasure dealing with Closetec from start to finish! Robert spent a lot of time with us on our first visit to the showroom helping us choose from a huge selection in their showroom and to also keep us on track with expenses. This was a great experience. From the thoughtful design with Isabel - to the clean installation. Everything was seamless and it came out beautiful!
While renovating our home we decided to use ClosetTec for our master closet and are so glad that we did. Robert was awesome to work with and helped design our dream closet that worked perfectly in the space and had the right mix of storage options to fit our needs. He was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process easy and comfortable. The installation of a large closet took only a day and was performed with craftmanship and quality.
